Monoclonal antibodies (mAbs) are among the most promising biotherapeutics. In order to ensure their medical usefulness, the percentage of aggregates must be kept low. Aggregate quantitation is best carried out by size exclusion chromatography, and the TSKgel UP-SW3000 columns are dedicated to this purpose.
